Shipping is free on orders over $500. Most items will ship between 7-10 business days. Orders shipped after business hours, or on weekends, are not received by the carrier until the following business day. Once received, it may take 1-2 business days for your tracking number to become active. We guarantee your satisfaction at The Money Zone, Inc. The refund, return and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify us by email at themoneyzoneinc@gmail.com to open a return request with our supplier within seven (7) days from the date on which the customer receives their item. The item must still be in its original packaging. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified. On returning bullion related items, the customer may be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of The Money Zone, Inc. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, The Money Zone, Inc. shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
