We guarantee your satisfaction at The Money Zone, Inc. The refund, return and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify us by email at themoneyzoneinc@gmail.com to open a return request with our supplier within seven (7) days from the date on which the customer receives their item. The item must still be in its original packaging. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified.
